Decorator's Corner

We're currently loving our new furniture collection inspired by the beauty of tortoise bamboo and antiqued rattan. It is a unique collection of functional and timeless pieces from the look and styling of the 17th & 18th century. In the realm of home decor, the quest for creating a unique ambiance that reflects personal style while promoting comfort and relaxation has led many to explore diverse materials and designs. Among these, antiqued rattan furniture stands out as a distinctive choice that infuses any space with a tropical island look, evoking images of serene beaches, lush landscapes, and gentle sea breezes.

Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the picturesque Rehoboth Bay, Dewey Beach is a gem seaside resort, enjoyed by many summer after summer. Dewey is only two blocks wide and surrounded by water. We had the opportunity to renovate this cottage on the bay, which enjoys spectacular sunsets, its own private beach cove, and the best spot in town for the 4th of July fireworks.
A blue and white Christmas tablescape is the perfect way to add a touch of coastal elegance to your holiday season. This tablescape features a coastal blue, navy and white color palette, with chinoiserie accents. If your home already has everyday neutrals and shades of blue vibe, then this holiday table decor will be a natural fit. It will enhance the cozy coastal holiday decor vibe while matching your daily decor you have in place. We can add festive touches, such as ruffle edge plates, napkins, and a centerpiece, as well sprinkle Christmas hue tree decorations.

Embrace the joy in coastal moods - welcome to your holiday season! Inspired by blue and white Christmas ornaments, this sophisticated look pairs shimmering berry branches, mercury glass, and a hint of nautical. Explore charming coastal Christmas villages for your winter wonderland and bring a magical season of celebrating to your home. The beauty of the ocean Christmas comes to life in our new collection, perfect for a memorable coastal-inspired holiday.

This coastal cottage-inspired family room boasts a shiplapped fireplace with a mantel from a century-old reclaimed hewn beam. We knew instantly it would be the perfect focal space for farmhouse-style coastal Christmas decor. We love the way the velvet bows pop in shades of coastal blue and navy against the fireplace, adorned with gorgeous faux holiday greenery. Silver tinsel and berries also fill in the coastal garland and add to the elegant Christmas fireplace decorations. To complete the look, we added some of our favorite white and blue temple jars at the base of the mantel.

The holiday season is a time for gathering with loved ones, and for many of us, that means hosting house guests. Whether it’s family members, old friends, or new acquaintances, having guests stay in your home can be both exciting and stressful. As a host, it’s important to make your guests feel comfortable and at home during their stay. We’ll offer some tips and tricks for creating a warm and welcoming environment for your house guests.

Style with our luxurious blue and white, cotton and velvet pumpkin sets, which are exquisite and will create a fabulous fall centerpiece at your dining table, or buffet, or can decorate your entryway with a beautiful arrangement on your console table. Their shades of blue, chinoiserie, and white patterns pair beautifully with your favorite ginger jars for a cozy coastal feel you will enjoy the entire season.
We begin our Decorator’s Corner series with a spotlight on the entryway – the first area that greets us and our guests when entering our homes. We love styling it with our favorite products in shades of blue, cane and natural rope for a touch of coastal.
